This is known as the Blizzard of 2011. So far, the children have missed two days of school and tomorrow will be three!! We didn't get a lot of snow at our house, but the snow drifts are very high and the temperatures are VERY low!! Record breaking temps: tonight it is suppose to get down to -4, with the wind chill -15. Thank goodness we have an upstairs that stays nice and toasty.

Everyone loves hangin' out upstairs watching movies and playing games!! Lance, Chandler, and Carter always want popcorn with their movie!!
It is fun having everyone at home!! Everyone enjoys relaxing, but I was thinking it was a good time to get some things done...like organizing the playroom, put the storage room back together, and finishing up my "To Do" List. I have been able to do some things but not as much as I wanted. Am I strange and/or asking too much??
I was able to post something on my blog. I am going to try and post more often. I truly enjoy reading all of your blogs, I hope you like mine. :) There is always something going on around our house...that is why I don't post that often.

Today was the last day for Carter's IV antibiotics!! Yea!! It is weird to think two weeks ago we were moving out of his ICU room to a regular room!! That was a great night, because he was no longer considered to be in critical condition!! Then we were able to leave the hospital a week later...because Carter was acting and feeling like himself. Of course, all of his tests came back normal and healthy!! Thank you so much for ALL your prayers and faith and fasting in our behalf!! Carter is a miracle child!! Anyways, today was his last day of antibiotics and hopefully he will get this "pick line" IV out tomorrow at his doctor's appointment. He has been so good about taking his medicine!! He is a real good boy and is VERY happy!!
