Ham
Go to the store, find the right size ham for you.
Take it home and follow the directions on the label to cook it.
Potato Casserole (Funeral Potatoes, Church Potatoes, Potato Delight)
Mix together:
6 medium potatoes (boiled, cooled, grated)--OR you can use frozen hash browns
1/3 cup chopped green onion (you can leave these out, but it's better to have them)
1 1/3 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
Fold in 1 cup sour cream
Put in 2 quart baking dish (8X11 pan)
Top with grated cheese OR melt 1/4 cup butter with 2 cups crushed corn flakes crumbs
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes
