Post with no Picture

So, I have to confess...I don't like posting without a picture!! Is that crazy?? I feel like I have to have a picture to go with every post. Even on other blogs...I love reading blogs that have lots of pictures. Anyways, I am excited...today I am starting "Feeling Great in 8"!! It is a fun way to lost weight and work on other parts of your well-being: exercise, drinking water, scripture study and prayer and serving others. I did it ten weeks ago and lost some weight I have been trying to lose for five years. I felt great, eating good foods, less sugar and lots of fruits and vegetables. Anyways, life is good! Bryan's sister, Jennifer is down visiting and we are having a great time with her and the rest of the family! Last night we all went to dinner, Texas Roadhouse, of course and then to Kim and Aaron's for QC!! It was lots and lots of fun! Well, I gotta run now...breakfast and kids calling.
