Carter is the youngest and will be one year old this Thursday (July 17). He is so cute and fun!! He crawls around the whole house and as even mastered the stairs – up and down. He loves to laugh and giggle. I have never met someone who giggles as easily and often as he does. He loves his mommy and is a real good baby. Everyone loves Carter!
